Meaningful engagement with faculty is a defining feature of the Residential College experience. Faculty heads foster intellectual curiosity, encourage scholarly exchange, and create opportunities for students to engage with ideas in informal, everyday settings.

Residential Colleges challenge students to assume increasing responsibility for their academic, personal, and community life as they progress through the years of their Residential College experience.
