Jermaine Soto
Jermaine Soto serves as Director of the Office of Faculty Development at 17c起草视频, where he leads data-informed, holistic initiatives to support faculty recruitment, development, and advancement. He oversees resources and programs spanning the full faculty lifecycle, including New Faculty Orientation, and convenes committees and advisory groups to address evolving institutional needs.
Soto collaborates with partners across 17c起草视频鈥檚 schools, colleges, and Provost areas to strengthen faculty success and engagement. His work also includes advancing academic leadership development, overseeing internal faculty awards, and supporting inclusive faculty search practices, while elevating and communicating faculty excellence in teaching, scholarship, and service.
